Sadly, in the past, we have experienced some damage to the hall from Bouncy Castle suppliers. This had lead to us creating a list of approved suppliers for bouncy castles. Please see links below:

Unfortunately due to increasing costs, we as a group of Trustees have had to make the difficult decision of having to increase hire costs.
We hope that you understand and we look forward that we are still able to provide affordable venue hire.

The new rates below will come into effect from 1st January 2023

Please note that the time you book the hall for includes your setting up and clearing away time. Please no NOT enter the hall before your booked time and ensure your event finishes with sufficient time to clear away before your booking ends. If your event is planned to last 3 hours we suggest you book an additional 30 mins at the start and end to allow for this.

Childs Birthday Party	£30 for 3 hours*	£40 for 3 hours*
New Year Eve, New Year Day, Xmas Day, Boxing Day. (Min 8 hours hire)	£20.00 per hour
*Any childrens party finishing that runs over 3 hours will then be charged at a hourly rate of £20 per hour.

Due to damage caused by a bouncy castle, which was inappropriate for the size of the hall, the committee have decided that inflatable toys can be used in the hall for parties. but, the size must be submitted with the booking for approval. In all events the caretakers decision on the day is final.

Please note, due to the damage it causes to the paintwork; do not use sticky tape or blue tack type adhesives to any painted surface.

Our large main room will be the perfect site for all your entertaining needs with our fully equipped kitchen allowing for any catering you require.

From children's birthday parties and evening disco's to a large space for seminars and everything in between our hall is fully accessable and includes a small garden and ample parking. We also have a small meeting room available for seminars and smaller groups.

Community Room

to seat approx 30-36

Regular Users and Private Hire; Mon to Fri £12.50 per hour

Weekends £15.50 per hour

Weekend rate; 6.01pm onwards Friday - Sunday (Midnight)

Foresters Meeting Room

to seat approx 12-14

Regular Users and Private Hire

£5.00 per hour

£75.00 Returnable deposit to be paid with all bookings. The Village Hall Committee regrets that it is unable to return any reservation deposits without the production of a valid receipt.

All deposits will be returned as soon as possible. However, please allow up to 28 days. Thank you for your co-operation.

All rates include use of kitchen, tables and chairs. Hall to be left tidy as found. Any damage caused to be reported to caretaker on completion of hire.
